Options for over two bedrooms also include 1 x hallway and 1 x lounge (dining and stairwells not included, but can be arranged for an additional cost payable direct to the merchant). Must be used at one property only. Does not include doors, door frames, door jambs, or window sills. If required, scaffolding can be added at an additional cost, payable direct to merchant. Please advise at time of booking if this is required. Alternatively, you may organise your own scaffolding, contact the merchant directly for more information. Extra charge will be incurred if any wallpaper needs to be stripped, this will also need to be skim plastered at an extra cost. Additional cost for windows and window outer frame, door and door outer frame apply - please discuss with the merchant at the time of booking. Valid for a standard 2.4m gib ceiling only (surcharge will apply for higher ceilings). Interior walls must be of sound condition. Price is for standard gib plaster substrate and does not include decorative tongue and groove ceilings or walls. Maximum of two colour choices for walls. Mobile service, valid from 30kms of Quay Street, Auckland CBD. Additional travel charges of $1 per km will apply outside of this area. Contact merchant directly for location queries.
