House Washing:
Home 'N' Hosed Tauranga use a "softwash" process where a cleaning solution is applied by brush to all painted surfaces from gutters down to the bottom of the exterior cladding and rinsed off with a hose at normal tap pressure. This process does NOT involve use of a water blaster. Exterior windows are scrubbed with a cleaning solution and rinsed off by hose as part of the house-wash process (note this does not include window detailing, and some stubborn marks may not be removed by the wash process).
Detailed Clean of Interior Windows :
Your interior windows will be cleaned and bladed dry. Your window frames and sills will also be wiped clean. This service will remove those insect marks, any mould buildup and of course those little finger marks.
Moss & Mould Treatment (available at an additional cost):
After the surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned by the house wash process, the "moss & mould treatment" applies a coating to those surfaces with a slow release chemical that will inhibit the reestablishment of moss & mould in the immediate future (generally up to 12 months). This will keep the property looking pristine through till the next annual service. Any regrowth during the first 9 months would be dealt with promptly on request, at no additional cost to the customer. Ask for a quote when booking
Water Blasting Options (available at an additional cost):
With their industrial-grade water blasting equipment, your paths, patios, driveways, decking or fences can have that clean finish too! This service may also be supplemented with a moss & mould treatment of areas that have been cleaned by water blasting. Ask for a quote when booking.

The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that adequate waterproofing is provided to any items or part of the dwelling. Whilst reasonable care will be taken to avoid any damage, no responsibility will be accepted for any cost or damage arising from water penetration of electrical fittings/power supply and/or window and door frames. Whenever work is required within the dwelling (interior windows) customer must be present onsite. Full perimeter of dwelling must be accessible by path/walkway/steps at least 1m width. Unattached buildings (garages/sheds etc.) will be subject to separate quote. Max horizontal reach of areas to be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max vertical height of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m (no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof). Valid only for house size specified. Up to 30m² of area will be cleaned by waterblasting (suitable for paths, patios, driveways, decking & fences). Please note: any area above 30m² for waterblasting may be added at a cost of $100 for each 30m² (additional cost to be paid on the day redemption. Mobile service.
