Service Includes:

• Professional soft wash of your home’s exterior walls
• Removal of surface dirt, dust, cobwebs, and organic buildup (moss, mould, mildew)
• Safe on painted surfaces, weatherboard, brick, and cladding
• Eco-friendly cleaning solutions applied with care

Access Requirements:

• Clear access is required to all exterior walls. Please ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any items (e.g. furniture, bins, or potted plants) are moved away from the walls.
• They cannot clean areas that are blocked by overgrown vegetation or unsafe to access (e.g. steep slopes, fragile structures).
• Water access is required—please ensure an outdoor tap is available on the day.

Important Notes:

• This service includes an exterior house wash only. Large balconies, roof and gutter cleaning, and extensive window cleaning are not included unless specified as part of the combo packages.
• Heavily stained areas (e.g. rust, oxidation, or deep mould) may require additional treatment and will be assessed on site.
• The wash is designed to be gentle on paint, but they recommend checking for any flaking or compromised paintwork in advance.

Timeframes & Scheduling:

• Lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks, weather-dependent.
• Once your voucher is purchased, please contact the merchant directly to confirm they've received your details.
• Their scheduler will be in touch within 5 business days of your confirmation to propose a service date.
• Jobs may be rescheduled in the event of poor weather or unsafe conditions.
