Bookings essential. Subject to availability. Blackout dates: 20 December 2019 - 6 January 2020. Valid for new and existing customers. Must be used in one visit & at one property only. Mobile service. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that adequate waterproofing is provided to any items or part of the dwelling. Whilst reasonable care will be taken to avoid any damage, no responsibility will be accepted for any cost or damage arising from water penetration of electrical fittings/power supply and/or window and door frames. Parking must be provided/available without cost within 50m of dwelling. Full perimeter of dwelling must be accessible by path/walkway/steps at least 1.5m width. Max horizontal reach of areas to be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max vertical height of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m (no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof unless arranged before the job commences, a surcharge may apply (this amount payable on the day of service unless otherwise agreed and will be advised once the job has been assessed). This covers the cost of rigging fees and any other requirements including the planning to carry out the work safely. A surcharge of $40 will be applied in situations where green mould is evident in areas to be cleaned (this amount payable on the day of service unless otherwise agreed), this covers the cost of supplying & applying cleaner. Detailed exterior window cleaning on valid for one-storey dwellings. High-pressure wash of paths available for two-storey dwellings. Valid service area is within 25kms from Stella Grove, Wellington. Additional travel charges of $2/km apply outside of this area. Valid only for the area specified. Normal charges will apply for any additional labour/larger areas/larger spaces if required.
