House Washing
- Professional Property Services use a "soft-wash" process where a cleaning solution is applied by brush to all painted and sealed surfaces from gutters down to the bottom of the exterior cladding and rinsed off with a hose at normal tap pressure. This process does not involve the use of a water blaster. Exterior windows are scrubbed with a cleaning solution and rinsed off by hose as part of the house-wash process (note this does not include window detailing, and some stubborn marks may not be removed by the wash process).
Moss & Mould Treatment
- After the surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned by the house wash process, the "moss & mould treatment" applies a coating to those surfaces with a slow-release chemical that will inhibit the reestablishment of moss & mould in the immediate future (generally up to twelve months). This will keep the property looking pristine through till the next annual service. Any regrowth during the first nine months would be dealt with promptly on request, at no additional cost to the customer.

Remove that “roof garden” you can see peering out over your gutters! Removal of debris within the gutter and flushing to ensure the gutter system is flowing properly can avoid nasty overflow and water damage issues. Ask for a quote when booking.

Parking must be provided/available within 30m of the dwelling. Full and unobstructed access must be available around the full perimeter of the dwelling (by path/walkway/steps of at least 1.5m width). Max horizontal reach of areas to be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max vertical height of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m (no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof). There must be an unobstructed line of sight from the ground work-station to all areas being cleaned. Unattached buildings (garages/sheds etc.) will be subject to separate quote. Whenever the work requires access within the dwelling, the customer must be present on-site to give the necessary access. Where there is any evidence of green, black or red mould on surfaces to be cleaned, a surcharge of $40.00 per 2ltr container (or part thereof) shall be payable to supply & apply '30 Seconds House Cleaner' product (or similar) to all such surfaces affected by the mould. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that adequate waterproofing is provided to any items or part of the dwelling. Whilst reasonable care will be taken to avoid any damage, no responsibility will be accepted for any cost or damage arising from water penetration of electrical fittings/power supply and/or window and door frames.
