Bookings essential. Subject to availability. Not valid on public holidays. Must be used in one visit & at one property only. Please note: a surcharge of $40 will be applied in situations where green mold is evident on areas to be cleaned (this amount payable on the day of service). This surcharge covers the cost of supplying & applying cleaner. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that adequate waterproofing is provided to any items or part of the dwelling. Whilst reasonable care will be taken to avoid any damage, no responsibility will be accepted for any cost or damage arising from water penetration of electrical fittings/power supply and/or window and door frames. Whenever work is required within the dwelling (interior windows) customer must be present onsite. Mobile service. Service area includes 20km from Orange Lane, Bethlehem. Additional travel charges of $1.50/km apply outside of this area. Please contact merchant to confirm travel costs. Parking must be provided/available without cost within 50m of dwelling. Full perimeter of dwelling must be accessible by path/walkway/steps at least 1m width. Unattached buildings (garages/sheds etc.) will be subject to separate quote. Max horizontal reach of areas to be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max vertical height of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m (no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof). Valid only for house size specified. Up to 30m² of are will be cleaned by waterblasting (suitable for paths, patios, driveways, decking & fences). Please note: any area above 30m² for waterblasting may be added at a cost of $100 for each 30m² (additional cost to be paid on the day of service). No refunds unless required by law. No cash back.
