Unattached buildings (garages/sheds etc.) will be subject to separate quote. Max horizontal reach of areas to be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max vertical height of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m (no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof). Gutters with less than 40mm clear access (between roofing and gutter), or long established weed & plant growth, may sometimes not be able to be cleaned or removed from the ground using their equipment. Valid only for house size specified on coupon. Normal charges will apply for any additional labour/larger areas if required, payable direct. One voucher to be used per property.
