As this service requires two operators (for safety & efficiency) Professional Property Services generally limits this service to certain days, and accordingly, there may be less flexibility for booking these jobs.

House Washing (available at an extra cost)
Professional Property Services use a "soft-wash" process where a cleaning solution is applied by brush to all painted and sealed surfaces from gutters down to the bottom of the exterior cladding and rinsed off with a hose at normal tap pressure. This process does not involve the use of a water-blaster. Exterior windows are scrubbed with a cleaning solution and rinsed off by hose as part of the house-wash process (note this does not include window detailing, and some stubborn marks may not be removed by the wash process). Ask for a quote when booking.
Interior Window Detailed Cleaning (available at an extra cost)
Your interior windows will be cleaned and bladed dry. Window sills and window frames will be wiped clean - perfect for completing the overall clean and fresh look of a house wash. This service can remove those insect marks, mould build-up and of course little finger marks. Ask for a quote when booking.
Moss & Mould Treatment (available at an extra cost)
After the surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned by the house wash process, the "moss & mould treatment" applies a coating to those surfaces with a slow-release chemical that will inhibit the reestablishment of moss & mould in the immediate future (generally up to 12 months). This will keep the property looking pristine through till the next annual service. Any regrowth during the first 9 months would be dealt with promptly on request, at no additional cost to the customer. Ask for a quote at the time of booking.
Water-Blasting Options (available at an additional cost)
With their industrial-grade water blasting equipment, your paths, patios, driveways, decking or fences can have that clean finish too! This service may also be supplemented with a moss & mould treatment of areas that have been cleaned by water-blasting. Ask for a quote when booking.

Parking must be provided/available without cost within 30m of dwelling. Full unobstructed access must be available around the full perimeter of the dwelling of at least 1.5m width. Max horizontal reach of areas to be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max vertical reach of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m. Although no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof, a ladder is generally used for a “spotter” to ensure that the cleaning process is satisfactorily completed. The terrain below all gutters must be adequate to enable some point of ladder access to the gutter. There must be an unobstructed line of sight from the ground work-station to gutters being cleaned. Unattached buildings will be subject to separate quote. Whenever the work requires access within the dwelling (to access deck areas etc.) the customer must be present on-site to give the necessary access. Gutters with less than 40mm clear access (between the roofing and the gutter), or containing long-established weed & plant growth, may sometimes not be able to be cleaned. The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that adequate waterproofing is provided to any items or part of the dwelling. Whilst reasonable care will be taken to avoid any damage, no responsibility will be accepted for any cost or damage arising from water penetration of electrical fittings/power supply and/or window & door frames.
