Bookings essential. Subject to availability and weather conditions. Must be used in one visit & at one property only. Mobile service. Valid service area is within 20kms of Corner of Cameron Road and Eleventh Ave. Additional travel charges of $1/km apply outside of this area. Voucher valid only for option purchased, cannot upgrade on the day. The deal includes a total sqm area that includes any garages. An additional fee of $45 will be incurred for a double storey house. For Health and Safety reasons we are unable to get up on a roof to access any areas that need cleaning, however if the house is part double storey and part single storey, the deal will still apply, contact directly to Triplewand to clarify. If you are not home on the day of the wash, please ensure that clear access has been provided to and around the house, and your windows are closed. This includes all pot plants, outdoor furniture, shoes, children's toys etc to be moved away and please ensure you leave a printed copy of the voucher in the letterbox or taped to the door. Postponement/cancellation will incur $40 re-booking fee. Excludes any attachments or add-ons to the house. Excludes roofs, decks, patios, pergolas, verandas. Normal charges will apply for any additional labour/larger areas/larger spaces if required. Not valid on public holidays. No refunds unless required by law. No cashback. Not to be used with any other offer.
