Valid service area is within 20kms from Fairfield, Lower Hutt. Additional travel charges of $1/km apply outside of this area. A surcharge of $40 will be applied in situations where green mould is evident in areas to be cleaned (this amount payable on the day of service unless otherwise agreed), this covers the cost of supplying & applying cleaner. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that adequate waterproofing is provided to any items or part of the dwelling. Whilst reasonable care will be taken to avoid any damage, no responsibility will be accepted for any cost or damage arising from water penetration of electrical fittings/power supply and/or window and door frames. A hose tap must be accessible on the property. Parking must be available without cost within 50m of dwelling. Full perimeter of the dwelling must be accessible by path/walkway/steps at least 1.5m in width. Max horizontal reach of areas to be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max verical height of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m (no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof). Please note: a surcharge of $45 may be applied where access to the property is difficult (this amount payable on the day of service unless otherwise agreed). WashIt Wellington uses the softwash technique - excludes cleaning of roof, decks, inside of gutters, pathways, balustrades & driveways unless otherwise specified. Not valid public holidays.
