Pay $50 extra per option for Auckland delivery, $100 extra per unit for North Island delivery, or $250 extra per unit for South Island delivery. No PO Boxes or rural delivery (Waiheke Island is rural delivery). Pick-up option available from 17 Allens Road, East Tamaki, Auckland and 15 Mary Muller Drive, Hillsborough Christchurch.
