Service area is Wellington Central region, Hutt Valley and Kapiti Coast. If unsure, please phone 0800744693 to check. Service available Monday to Friday only. No public holidays. 48-hour postponement notice required or voucher is void (excludes adverse weather conditions). Voucher must be used in one visit, at one property. Voucher valid for service stipulated on coupon. All agreed extra costs to be paid fully and directly to merchant on the day of service. On service date please ensure the service area is clear of furniture, pets are secure, access way to service area is unobstructed and that there is electricity and hot water available. Surcharge will apply if there is a delay to scheduled service time due to these conditions not being fulfilled. Parking must be provided/available without cost within 30 metres of the service site. If unsure, please call to discuss. Prior treatments and condition of flooring may affect the outcome of restoration. If service is unable to be completed on the confirmed booking day due to customer fault, voucher is void and non-refundable (excluding weather delay). Voucher includes up to 15 minutes per room for the removal of paint and adhesives from the room floor during the preparation process prior to sealing and top coating the floor. If additional time is required to remove excess paint and adhesives this may incur additional charges. No exchanges. No refunds or cash back (except where required by law).
