Skinny offers simple low-cost broadband, with one of the cheapest unlimited data plans in all of New Zealand. However, the range of extra ‘stuff’ you get is minimal. The bigger providers tend to offer a bunch more perks and bonuses to pry your dollars from your hands. With that said, if you want to do away with the gimmicks and filler and just want straight broadband – like many of us do – Skinny offers a great alternative to the big providers. Charging
Charging for Skinny Unlimited Broadband is on a monthly prepaid basis. Your first payment will be taken from your nominated credit or debit card on the day of your connection in accordance with the plan you have signed up with, and on the same date every month.
Notice Period (Termination)
If you end your plan at any time before your next monthly billing due date you will be responsible for any charges incurred prior to that billing date and any early termination or plan transfers fees outlined below. At the end of your 12-month contract period, you will automatically be transferred to the Skinny Broadband Unlimited month to month plan at the price current as at the end of the contract.
Early Termination Fee
An early termination charge of $199 applies if you leave or move from the Unlimited Broadband Plan before the end of the term. For purposes of clarity this also includes transferring to any other Skinny Broadband plan. The fee will be charged directly to your credit card.

How does it work?
1. A voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date stated.
2. If you don't use your voucher before that date for whatever reason, it can still be used towards that service with that business for an additional 30 days.
For example, if you buy a bungy jump deal but don’t use it before the expiry date, you can still use the amount you paid for the voucher towards a bungy jump, for another 30 days.
