Bookings essential subject to availability. Must be used in one visit. Valid service area is 20km from 276 Worcester St. A surcharge will apply outside this area of $1 per km, payable direct. Gutters, where gutter guard have been installed, are not included. Weather conditions (high wind/rain) may result in postponed appointments. Maintenance service only - damaged or blocked drains are not covered. A $20 fee will apply where less than 48 hours notice of cancellation are given. Standalone garages and sleepouts are not included, but can be done for additional cost, payable direct to merchant. Valid for single storey homes only, with as many bedrooms as specified. Normal charges will apply for any additional labour if required. Available only within the Greater Christchurch area. Colonial windows & conservatories incur additional costs.
