Valid service area is within 20km of Cathedral Square, Christchurch. Additional travel charges of $1.50/km apply outside of this area. 48 hours notice of cancellation must be given or will incur a $40 rescheduling fee payable directly to merchant. Available only within the Greater Christchurch area. Must be used in one visit. Maintenance service only - damaged or blocked drains are not covered. Gutters with gutter guard are not covered, and will incur extra charges to remove and re-install any such guards - payable directly to merchant. Optional extras are available payable direct to merchant and include: Installation of leaf filters $12 per downspout; Cleaning of the gutter exterior to remove dirt, mould etc. $45; Debris removal and disposal, if green bin not available $20. Pricing for optional extras is based on payment at time of service, invoiced with 7 days to pay incurs a higher charge. Vouchers purchased for a lesser number of rooms than is the actual case will require payment of the difference at the time of service, or will be invoiced at the full rate afterwards.
