Valid service area is within 20kms from Fairfield, Lower Hutt. Additional travel charges of $1/km apply outside of this area. A hose tap must be accessible on the property. Parking must be available without cost within 50m of dwelling. Full perimeter of dwelling must be accessible by path/walkway/steps at least 1.5m in width. Max horizontal reach of areas to be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max verical height of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m (no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof). Gutters that are not easily accessible, less than 40mm wide and stubborn weeds can not always be cleaned/removed from the ground using our equipment. Work will go ahead as scheduled where possible and we can advise the best solution for any difficult areas. Please note: a surcharge of $35 may be applied where access to the property is difficult, payable direct. Valid for option stipulated on coupon only. Not valid on public holidays.
