Important Note:

This service is best suited for existing polished/sealed floors. Unsealed floors will require both additional preparation time and sealer coats which will incur an additional charge and needs to be discussed before your purchase voucher due to schedule enough time to complete your floor service in a day. Floors may have scratches, gouges and indentations. These may not all be removed with this service, however, those that are not will be seemingly less obvious. This process does not level floorboards nor remove some glue or any shellac from the floor. If unsure if your floor is suitable please contact Mr Sandless to discuss before purchasing voucher.
