Pool Regulations: Pools are required to meet the fencing requirement of the Building Act 2004 (previously the Fencing of Swimming Pools Act 1987). Check your local council for details.

WARNING: To prevent drowning, this pool must have a barrier such as a 1.2m high fence surrounding the pool. The barrier must comply with the Building Code and restrict unsupervised access by children under 5 years of age. For more information visit www.building.govt.nz/poolsafety

Pay $45 extra per option for Wellington urban delivery, $90 extra per option for North Island urban delivery, or $115 extra per option for South Island urban delivery. Enter address when purchasing.
