Instructions for Cream Whipper:

• Fill canister halfway with chilled fresh cream - DO NOT OVERFILL
• Screw head on the canister firmly and evenly
• Insert cream charger (8gN2O) into the charger holder and screw the charger holder on to the inlet valve until the charger contents are released with a short hissing sound. USE ONLY ONE CHARGER PER FILLING
• Select decorative nozzle you wish to use and screw on canister
• Shake whipper vigorously three to four times in a vertical action.
• To release cream, hold the bottle upside down and press lever gently to dispense. If the cream is not firm enough, give whipper another couple of shakes.
