• Banh mi - organic baked baguette with your choice of roast pork, lemongrass chicken OR tofu and portobello mushroom,  pâté, cucumber, pickle, coriander with a traditional sauce. Served with a side salad
• Goi Cuon - fresh rice rolls with either tiger prawns and pork, OR tofu & mushroom, rice vermicelli noodles and fresh Vietnamese herbs. Served with side salad, peanuts and dipping sauce
• Nom Dau Phu - crispy tofu salad with charcoal BBQ portobello mushroom, salad greens, croutons, fried shallot, peanuts, sesame and vegan sauce
• Nem Cua Be - sliced crispy spring rolls with crab meat, pork mince, prawn and vegetables. Served with noodles, salad greens and dipping sauce
• Cha Muc - fried squid and pork mince patties. Marinated with dill, chilli and lime juice. With dipping sauce
