• Not so Frenchie – oatmeal coated bread butter pudding, oreo crumb, sliced almond, rhubarb compote, poached pear and Kapiti vanilla ice cream
• Mr. Brekky – two eggs any style, bacon steak, vine tomato, garlic mushroom, pork fennel sausage, Hasselback potato, red kidney and bolita bean
• Frying Dutchess – double fried chips, sirracha aioli, chilli chicken thigh, melted mozzarella, slaw, fresh chilli and spring onion
• Benny – two poached eggs, butter sauteed silverbeet, bacon steak, potato gratin and hollandaise +3 manuka smoke salmon or portabello and artichoke
• Panki Tofu – sweet chilli sauce, bean, asparagus, candied walnut, celery, sweet corn, radicchio and baby cos lettuce
• Soba and Salmon – seared slamon, soba noodle with pickled cumber, edamame, chilli, seasome, salmon waffer and wasabi sesame dressing
• Cheeky Phil Roll – slow cooked beef cheek, caramelised onio, provolone, jalapeno, chili, and capsicum slaw

About A-Block Cafe and Roastery - Browns Bay:

The new venture A-Block is located just behind the main shopping strip in Browns Bay. All the delicious baking is done on site, including the bread and brioches. 50% of the menu is changed every six months, with the aim of giving customers what they want or are familiar with, but also giving them new things to try. This quirky cafe is in a great spot with plenty of parking, facing the sun for most of the day. It boasts an expansive outdoor deck that creates a comfy and welcoming atmosphere. All in all, A-Block is shaping up to be not only Browns Bay’s go-to local for an exciting take on café food, but also a great place to chill out with friends or other locals.
