• Three egg omelette - choice of four fillings
• Eggs Benedict with hash brown - two halves of ciabatta topped with bacon and poached eggs. Finished with hollandaise sauce
• Eggs Montreal with hash brown - two halves of ciabatta bread topped with spinach, salmon, and poached egg. Topped with hollandaise sauce. ($3 surcharge)
• Bacon pancakes - five pancakes, bacon strips and banana. Topped off with maple syrup.
• Fruit pancakes: five pancakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt or cream. Topped off with maple syrup.
• French toast - general slice of French toast with bacon. Includes seasonal fruit and maple syrup
• Bacon and eggs on toast or ciabatta bread
• Bacon melt with chips: two slices of toasted loaf filled with lettuce, bacon, tomato, mushroom, cheese, onion, and egg
