• Eggs Montreal with hash brown - two halves of ciabatta bread topped with spinach, salmon, and poached egg. Topped with hollandaise sauce.
• Bacon pancakes - five pancakes, bacon strips and banana. Topped off with maple syrup.
• Fruit pancakes: five pancakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt or cream. Topped off with maple syrup.
• French toast - general slice of French toast with bacon. Includes seasonal fruit and maple syrup
• Bacon and eggs on toast or ciabatta bread
