• The Rascal Bene - English muffins, poached eggs, sauteed greens with your choice of; pulled brisket and chipotle hollandaise OR pulled jackfruit and turmeric emulsion
• Sydenham Sourdough Toast - bacon jam, tomato, rocket salad OR avocado, sprouts, rocket salad and almond chickpea dukkah
• Omelette - pulled pork, fennel, red onion and cheddar OR mushroom, feta, truffle oil and thyme
• Coconut Panna Cotta - granola, seasonal poached fruit, pistachio and berry coulis
• Loaded Waffle - banana, caramel, dark chocolate strawberry ice cream and marshmallow OR halloumi, pesto, tomato, egg, mushroom, rocket and hollandaise
