• Hotcakes Heaven – passionfruit mascarpone, summer fruit, honey lemon curd and blueberry compote
• Three Egg Omelette – free-range eggs, spinach, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, housemade tomato chutney and toasted organic five-grain
• Smashed Avocado – organic sourdough, free-range poached egg, tomato salsa, feta, dukkah and balsamic
• Eggs Benedict – free range poached eggs, toasted organic bap and house hollandaise
• The Lodge Grill - grilled manuka smoked bacon, bratwurst, hashbrown, portobello, vine tomato and free-range eggs, served any style with organic five-grain

• Open Free Range Chicken/Sirlion Steak Sandwich- roasted capsicum, fig pear chutney, brie and hazelnut salad served with choice of organic toasted Turkish pide, sourdough and chunky chips
• Moroccan Lamb Salad- quinoa and vegetables, tomato feta, roasted almonds and freshly made mint yoghurt sauce
• Vietnamese pancake – served with pork mince, shiitake mushroom, pickled carrot, beansprout and lemony chilli fish sauce (nuoc cham)
