• Tra Breakfast: Eggs your way on toasted ciabatta with roasted tomato, garlic roasted mushroom, homemade hash browns, bacon and kransky sausages served with homemade hollandaise.
• Sweet Oat Porridge: Creamy oat porridge with nuts, raisins, raspberry chia jam, granola muesli and seasonal fruit. Served with maple syrup.
• Peri-Peri Chicken Salad: Peri peri chicken thigh with lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, croutons, in miso green goddess dressing.
• Tra Beef Burger: Five-spice beef patty with bacon, lettuce, tomato, smoked cheese, rocket sauce and garlic aioli on a toasted bun. Served with fries and tomato sauce.
• Prawn Pasta in Gochujang Sauce: Tiger prawns tossed in creamy gochujang, and tom yum vodka sauce, finished with mozzarella and crispy sesame seaweed.
