- Course One: Piatto Di Antipasto (to share) - goat cheese and mixed berry roulade, chicken liver parfait, grape jelly crystals, home made dip and chutney, marinated olives from our vineyard and breads from Plume Bakery in Matakana
- Course Two: Kokoda - traditional Fijian ceviche with coconut cream, onion, chilli and lime
- Course Three: Beef Polpette - truffle mushroom risotto, red onion and beetroot marmalade, shaved parmesan
- Palate Cleanser: Sorbet - compliments of the Chef!
- Course Four: Rack of Lamb - chimichurri rub, sweet potato puree, savoury fruit compote
- Course Five: Dark Chocolate Mousse - white chocolate and zesty cornflake crumble, biscotti
