• Rogan Josh - Lean Lamb cooked in North Indian style with herbs and spices
• Chicken or Lamb Pasanda - Cooked in fresh cream, yoghurt, mixed ground cashew and mild spices
• Chicken Kali Mirch - Boneless chicken cooked in cashew sauce added with black pepper spices
• Chicken Jhal Frezi - Cooked in green chilies, fried onions, green peppers and tomatoes
• Butter Chicken - Tandoori Chicken cooked of the bone in a mild butter cream sauce

• Kadai Paneer - Homemade cottage cheese cooked in ginger garlic curry sauce with capsicum onion and tomatoes
• Palak Paneer - Cottage cheese and spinach cooked with spicy gravy
• Paneer Makhani - Homemade cottage cheese cooked with garlic tomato and onion into thick gravy
• Malai Kofta - Potatoes and homemade cottage cheese mix with herbs and spices simmered with cream cheese
• Dal Makhani - Lentils cooked with buttercream and spices. Enjoyed best with cheese Naan
• Aloo Gobi - Potatoes cauliflower cooked with onion tomato herbs and spices
• Navaratan Korma - A medley of seasonal vegetables cooked in a delicacy spiced creamy gravy of cashew nuts, garnished with sliced almonds
