• Seekh Kebab - Lamb marinated overnight gives this kebab it’s unique soft texture. Skewered and cooked in a tandoor, served with naan, sauce and fresh onion/coriander salad
• Kathi Kebab - Creamy marinated chicken, skewered and cooked inside a tandoori oven is served with naan, sauce and fresh onion/coriander salad
• Full Leg Tandoori Chicken - Boned chicken marinated twice to give it’s all time favourite spicy flavour. Served with naan, sauce and fresh onion/coriander salad
• Aloo Tikki -  Lightly flavoured crisp potato patties, skewered tandoori paneer, and capsicum and onion served with naan, sauce and fresh onion/coriander salad

About Galouti Baba:

Galouti means somethings that melts. Their kebabs are so tender that you don’t need any teeth, they are easy to eat. Their recipe contains more than 50 spices in various quantities to give its unique flavour. The original recipe, as the legend goes, was known to have more than 120 spices. It took them ages to get the right balance with their 50+ spices …..the other 70 will just have to wait! Galouti can't wait to serve you!
