• Onion Bhaji - Onion rings dipped in chickpea flour batter and deep fried
• Samosa - Indian pastry filled with potatoes, peas, nuts and deep fried
• Pakoda - Indian fritter made with mashed potato and onion
• Samosa Chaat - Samosa topped with yoghurt, tamarind sauce and spices
• Papri Chaat - Deep fried pastry topped with yoghurt, tamarind sauce and spices

Mains (one-per-person):

• Kadhai Chicken - Chicken sauteed with thick pieces of onion & capsicum, cooked in onion gravy & spices with a dash of cream
• Chicken Madras - Chicken cooked in hot curry with red chillies and Indian spices
• Malai Kofta - Specialty of Kashmir based curry with tender succulent balls made of mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, dry fruits and nuts
• Veg Korma - Variety of vegetables cooked with mild Indian spices
• Lamb Saagwala (green curry) - Lamb cooked and blended with spinach in an exotic Punjabi curry
• Kadhai Lamb - Lamb cooked in special gravy with sauteed capsicum and onions
• Prawn Masala Curry - Prawn marinated in a traditional North Indian way with yoghurt, tandoori spices and deep fried 
• Prawn Coconut Curry - Prawn in mild coconut gravy tempered with curry leaves and cumin
