This deal has a redemption window, but if it expires before you use your voucher, the amount you originally paid is protected for up to 3 years from your purchase date.
Depending on the deal, your protected amount is either:
- Converted to GrabOne account credit — valid on any eligible deal on grabone.co.nz, applied to your account automatically, or
- Redeemable with the GrabOne partner — honoured toward the full-price cost of the same or equivalent service.
In both cases:
- Only the amount you originally paid is protected, not the promotional face value.
- Your protected amount is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- GrabOne account credit cannot be used with a partner, and partner value cannot be converted to GrabOne credit.
