About Mamma Rosa Restaurant & Pizzeria:
Mamma Rosa is the sister restaurant of Giovanni. They make traditional napolitana pizzas with local fresh ingredients. Their pizza dough is matured for twenty four hours and pizza gets cooked at 450 degree Celsius in tradition wood fired pizza oven.
