About Chef:
Matteo Catassi is a young Italian chef whose professionalism and passion for organoleptic symphonies and Mediterranean tastes has driven him to explore the many different flavours around the world. Although his cuisine is innovative in the preparation of Italian menus, it is always thought out to preserve the genuineness of Italian traditions. His professional history starts in the US, he has also completed the prestigious Cordon Bleu in Spain, a high-quality level qualification that led him to work for a group of Italian restaurants in Miami Beach and to take part, as a very young chef, in start-up projects in China and Amsterdam.
