• Tatsutage - their most popular deep-fried marinated chicken. Coated with gluten-free cornflour then deep-fried to perfection and served with Japanese mayo
• Gyoza - pan fried vegetable dumpling

Mains (choose one each)

• Seafood teppanyaki combination comprises of two salmon, two white fish, two king prawns, two Japanese imported scallops, two New Zealand green mussels and calamari
• New Zealand grown eye fillet teppanyaki grilled to your liking, then flambe with brandy and finished with grilled garlic (optional)
• Teppanyaki chicken thigh cooked on high heat teppanyaki to contain moisture to keep the chicken tender and juice then finished off with homemade teriyaki sauce
