• Zapata Steak - 300grms grilled scotch fillet served with Mexican rice, black beans, Mexican chimichurri salsa and side salad 
• Nachos - corn chips with your choice of beef, pork, chicken or vegetarian topped with creamed corn, black beans, mozzarella cheese, salad, sour cream and drizzled with Mexican sauces
• Chimichanga (like a burrito) - grilled large tortilla filled with your choice of beef, chicken, pork or vegetarian, mozzarella cheese and black beans. topped with melted mozzarella cheese and drizzled with Mexican sauces. served with Mexican rice and a side salad
• Enchilada - 3 layered corn tortillas filled with your choice of beef, chicken, pork or vegetarian on a bed of salsa roja, with melted mozzarella cheese and drizzled with salsa verde, chipotle and jalapeno aiolis. topped with salad and sour cream and served with black beans and Mexican rice on the side
• Para Vegetariano (for the vegetarians) - deep fried tortilla bowl filled with 3 mixed patties of beans, chickpeas, lentils and quinoa on a bed of salad. served with Mexican rice, pico de gallo and salsa verde on the side
