• Wrapped Stuffed Fig - pastrami, port wine, rock melon - Paired with Passage Rock Albariño
• Zucchini Carpaccio - orange segment red radish, pine nuts, sumac, feta - Paired with Passage Rock Chardonnay

Main:

• Handpicked 55 Day Aged Eye Fillet - bone marrow, baby beet, chimichurri, kumara and miso mash - Paired with Passage Rock Cabernet

• Butternut & Porcini Risotto - grana padano, shitake, oyster mushroom, portobello - Paired with Passage Rock Viognier

• Grilled Aoraki Salmon - pickled beetroot, cauliflower and leek puree, crisp kumara - Paired with Passage Rock Rose

Dessert:

• Pretite Four - dark chocolate, meringue, chocolate
