About Harbour Light Bistro:
Located on Nelson's beautiful waterfront, Harbour Light Bistro & Restaurant was for many years a dairy before becoming a restaurant, many local's remember buying ice cream from the shop. It is one of the more iconic structures on the waterfront and has amazing views over the water, the boulder bank, and lighthouse. Harbour Light Bistro & Restaurant's focus is on quality fresh locally sourced cuisine. Owner Steve Coyne has created a menu that can be described as a slightly different angle on traditional cuisine. Nelson has some of the best fish suppliers in the country and at Harbour Light Bistro & Restaurant we take advantage of this fact to supply the best and freshest quality fish on the market, at the moment we are currently serving Seafood Ciopinno as well as Ora King Salmon and lamb on the menu. For the non-meat eaters, we have a fantastic vegetarian dish of Kumara ravioli.
