• Pork n Watercress Croquettes - Shredded pork bone meat infused with watercress, gribiche and celeriac slaw
• Salt n Pepper Squid - Mara slaw finished with a miso caramel dressing
• Kaimoana Porridge - Creamy seafood chowder with either rewana or fry bread
• Prawn twisters - six pieces
• Soup of the day - with fried bread or rewena
• Spinach and Pecorino Soufflé - Spinach and egg soufflé with cucumber ribbons, mung bean salad and carrot puree
• Hangi Style Kumara Bites -Smokey manuka hangi style kumara mixed with halloumi, red onion, chives finished with sweet pickled cucumber and shallots
• Spinach and Pecorino Soufflé (GF) - Spinach and egg soufflé with cucumber ribbons, mung bean salad and carrot puree

• Lu-Lu’s Sticky Lamb Ribs - Braised tender lamb ribs with slaw
• Miti and Riwai -Dry rubbed 250g grass fed Rib eye, kumara and potatoes gratin with porcini mushroom butter
• Porangi Chicken - Brined chicken with a ‘nutty’ twist, sweet butternut pumpkin puree
• Native Nachos - Crispy paraoa chips in a bowl of creamed Chattham Island Paua and karengo
• Perfect Patiki - Fresh Flounder fried in seasoned flour and butter, finished with a lemon gremolata and Mara Slaw
• Paraoa Tacos (Choose ONE type or mix and match) - Crispy Heihei Taco Chicken with spicy horopito & Piri Piri mayo, kanga relish OR Taniwha Taco Mussel fritter, homemade thousand island and karengo mayo
• Mara Paella - Saffron infused pilaf rice, broccolini, kale, semi dried tomatoes, edamame beans mushrooms, spiced cashew nuts with a hint of horopito spice, watercress and fennel
