• Scotch Fillet - 250g Scotch fillet steak with a bearnaise dipping sauce
• Pork Fillet - tender pork fillet with a spiced ginger and apple dipping sauce
• Seafood - Tarakihi fillet, prawns, scallops, half shell mussels, lime and aioli dipping sauce
• Prime Rump - prime rump steak with a bearnaise dipping sauce
• Chicken Satay - skewers of marinated breast fillet with our own satay sauce
• Chicken Breast - served with spicy apricot dipping sauce
• Surf ‘n’ Turf - Prime rump steak, tiger prawns and scallops with a seafood dipping sauce
• Mixed Grill - a selection of lean cuts of beef, chicken, lamb and pork with honey-soy dipping sauce
• Vegetarian - Shish kebabs of fresh, seasonal and roasted vegetables with tofu glazed with our own special marinade and mustard hollandaise
