• Roasted Vegetable Salad with Grilled Halloumi, Mesclun leaves, organic Quinoa, roasted pumpkin and carrot, cashew nuts, Beetroot, feta cheese, and pumpkin seeds
• Slow Roasted Duck with wild mushroom, green peas, and Spinach risotto and truffle oil
• Slow braised Lamb Shank with Mashed Potato and Green Peas
• Honey Soy Roasted Pork Belly Served with bokchoy, steamed rice and star anise glaze

• Baileys Crème Brulee with pistachio biscotti
• Bread Butter Pudding with toffee sauce & vanilla ice cream
