• 3 Crispy Prawns with homemade Go Cho Jang sauce
• 2 Chicken Bao Bun with pickle slaw & Hoisin glaze 
• Seafood Chowder with New Zealand Hoki, Shrimp, Marlborough mussels & toasted bread
• 3 Vegetarian Arancini served with beetroot jam 

Mains:

• Slow Braised Lamb Shank with preen peas, potato mash & rosemary Jus 
• Honey Soy Roasted Pork Belly with Bokchoy, Steamed Rice and star anise glaze 
• Slow Roasted Duck (GF) served with wild mushroom, pea & spinach risotto, and truffle oil 
• Roasted Vegetable Salad (GF) (VEG) with grilled Halloumi, mesclun leaves, organic quinoa, roasted pumpkin & carrot, cashew nuts, beetroot, feta cheese & pumpkin seeds 

Desserts: 

• Baileys Crème Brulee with pistachio biscotti (GF Option)
• Bread and Butter Pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream 
• Rhubarb and Feijoa Crumble with vanilla ice cream
