• Creamy Quinoa Risotto - Chicken escallops served on creamy red quinoa risotto with mushrooms and honey prawn
• Pappardelle Carbonara - With grilled chicken, bacon and mushrooms

• Chicken Roulade - chicken breast wrapped in bacon, stuffed with brie and spinach with baby carrot and potato cake 

• Okahu Chambourcin 2014 (Silver - San Francisco International Wine Awards, 2016) - A nice soft/sweet entry, leading to ripe, dark enticing berry fruit, rich and spicy. Its got the “Cassius clay” punch, with a big hit of lingering dark rich tannins and that memory of the long hot summer. Pairs nicely with Duck Breast.
• Okahu Viognier 2014 - Fresh and clean with delicate white peach skins and spicy mineral acidity, this is backed with good weight and texture. Its moreish, with intriguing flavours that develop in the glass. Pairs nicely with grilled salmon. 
• Okahu Syrah 2014 (Gold - San Francisco International Wine Awards, 2016) - Generous soft mouthfeel on entry, then an explosion of dark berry fruits which develops into warm red licorice. The wine has good structure and weight with spicy tannins an a long dry finish. Pairs nicely with braised venison hock. 
• Shipwreck Bay Flora 2015 - Crisp, off dry with a clean and fresh acidity and finishing with typical spicy Gewurztraminer notes. Pairs nicely with fish, chicken, salad and Thai.
