To celebrate Sculpture on the Gulf, Dellow’s are celebrating with a uniquely intimate three-course Prawn and Pink Gin dining experience.
After walking the trail, refresh with their Prawn Ceviche with fresh lime, Thai purple Basil tomato and coriander, followed by their Prawn Pizza with mozzarella cheese topped with dollops of lemon crème fraiche and finished with sage, dill and capers. To finish, try Dellows' amazing Drunken Butterfly Prawns in sichuan pepper and Dellows coconut rum for a sweet surprise.

Dellows Kitchen is an exciting, newly opened addition to Waiheke Island that features Scandinavian and Asian inspired dishes which aim to excite your taste buds with new flavour experiences.

It’s easy to visit Dellows on Waiheke Island - just visit Fuller's desk and pick up either the Explorer
Hop-On Hop-Off pamphlet or the Waiheke Island Bus and Ferry Timetable. Open this up and you will see Dellow's listed on the maps, for a small cost just take the Explorer bus or the local bus and ask the drivers for the Dellow's stop, as they have a bus stop right outside our entrance.

Located on the main belt vineyard valley on Waiheke Island, Dellows Waiheke is a small boutique vineyard and distillery producing exquisite wines, beers, spirits and foods. They use natural botanical products and don't use any synthetic additives like artificial colouring, flavour enhancers or preservatives.
