Three-Hour Introductory 3D Modelling & Printing Course - Options for up to Five People

Workshop Times:

• Tuesday: 3.30pm - 5.00pm (9-14 years old) and 5.30pm - 7.00pm (Adults 18+)
• Saturday: 9.30pm - 12.40pm (9-14 years old) and 2.00pm - 5.10pm (Teens 15-18 years old)
• Sunday: 2.00pm - 5.10pm (Parent & child class)

Weekdays: two 1.5hr sessions over two weeks

Weekends: one 3hr session with 10 minutes break halfway

Couse Info:

• 3D Modelling Concepts
• Become familiar with 3D Modelling software
• Experience 3D Printing
• Design a unique phone holder with built-in cable management
• Have your own customised 3D printed phone holder.

In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn the basics of turning 2D sketches into a real-life functional object. You can then take home the product and show off to the rest of your family and friends. This is a fun workshop suitable for everyone including kids. You’re in the safe hands of Mick and he will make sure your designs come to life safe and sound.

3D Mind tutor Mick has over 15 years of 3D modelling experience and has been involved with 3D printing technology for over 6 years. Before his time with 3D Mind he was with the University of Auckland specialising in mechanical engineering design and machining processes, developing the design course to include 3D printing. Over the years in the industry, he has helped many transform their ideas into real-life products.
