If you've used all our salad recipes from 2018 over and over again and are very ready for some new ones. We are back with a BRAND NEW Autumn Salads. Learn to make easy to prepare, fresh and delicious plant-based salads and dressings for dinners and lunches with a focus on both raw and cooked. Roasted Aubergine with pomegranate and curried yoghurt. Black garlic, mint, broccoli and asparagus. Grains with caramelised onions, herb paste and almonds to name a few.

If you're new to the plant-based way of living and want to learn more - This is the workshop for you. Learn the essentials for a plant-based pantry and easy, time-efficient, cost-effective recipes using these staples, that will get your body thriving. From breakfast through to dessert we have you covered. This workshop is perfect for anyone who is conscious about what they are putting into their body and/or wanting to start a living a more minimally processed plant-based lifestyle.
About Two Raw Sisters:
Two Raw Sisters, Rosa and Margo Flanagan, have a strong focus on educating people on how easy, sustainable, delicious, and health-enhancing plant-based foods can be for them both mentally and physically. Their motto – ‘Changing people’s perception on plant-based foods’. Rosa and Margo graduated from the raw plant-based culinary school- PlantLab and in January 2018 were given the opportunity to instruct a PlantLab pop-up in Sydney at the amazing Vive Cooking School. Rosa and Margo are continuing to develop their knowledge around how to best fuel and heal our own bodies.
