Piper's Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie:
Combining two of life's most incredible things - chocolate and peanut butter.
The Chocolate Peanut Butter Deep Dish has a chocolate cookie crust (gluten-free), is a layer of smooth chocolate cream (like chocolate pudding) and then it's heaped with lots of lots of creamy peanut butter mousse. A little peanut butter heaven in each slice.

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie:
Danielle's classic Strawberry- Rhubarb pie takes a little of summer and bakes it into a flaky all-butter crust. It's a simple pie, with plenty of flavour. Serve it with a scoop of ice cream, custard or cream and it's even better.

Kia Ora Lime Pie 10":
This is an NZ version of the American classic Key Lime Pie. Made with Kerikeri limes and turning them into this zest dessert pie. If you're a citrus lover, this pie is the ultimate in zing. This pie has flakey pastry crust and is topped with passionfruit Italian meringue, FreshAs freeze-dried strawberries and lime zest.

The 9-1/2" or 10" dessert pies serves 7-8 people depending on the size of the slice
