About Kookie Haus:
Kookie Haus (pronounced Cookie House) was established in February 2017 by Wes and Jen. After a trip through Europe, these two former chefs with a love of all things sweet decided to hang up their chef aprons, move back across the ditch with their growing brood and bring to New Zealand, Kookie Haus.
Kookie Haus brand specialises in all things kookie dough ranging from deep-fried kookie dough, kookie dough shakes, kookie dough "ice-cream" and of course our famous kookie dough sandwiches, but it's not just all kookie dough, they also offer kookies and brownies. However it was not always smooth sailing, after many many trials and errors, late night tastings, early morning starts, bags and bags of flour, sugar and tantrums, they finally created their perfect kookie sandwich using only whole ingredients
The Kookies and Kookie doughs contain whole foods such as free range eggs, NZ butter and unbleached flour but the addition of flavourings such as Oreo’s, mm’s, snickers etc may be present and may contain artificial flavourings
