• It’s a sparkling cuvée… but different
• The name is French for ‘friend’ and we have created this wine as the perfect accompaniment to any social occasion
• Taking their inspiration from the classic sparkling wines of France and Europe they have created a modern and innovative wine that is fresh, fruity and fun
• Amie usses an innovative pressurized screw cap (that is 100% recyclable) capable of maintaining the pressure within the bottle not only before opening but is also capable of holding the bubbles for up to 1-2 days stored in the fridge and resealed. “The convenience of a regular screw cap but for bubbles”
• A wine full of floral and fruit intensity with aromas of kaffir lime, fresh apple and lemon pie bringing a slightly sweet, toasty note. On the palate the wine is off-dry with full fruit flavours, fine acidity and soft, persistent bubbles. A lingering finish of citrus fruit flavours rounded by a slight honey note
• Best enjoyed with appetisers, canapés or as an aperitif, but is always best enjoyed with friends
