About Pilot Brewery:
Pilot Brewery was formed by a group of pilots after a long day of flying. Like all good ideas, it came to be after a few well-deserved cold ones. The pilots were a bit concerned about what their neighbours might think of the overflowing recycling bins, so decided to brew their own 20-litre batches. After plenty of test brewing (and tasting), we developed a range of great beers that we proudly share with fellow Kiwis across New Zealand. Four years later we’re still going strong and sticking to our original mission to brew delicious, high-quality beer, which is best enjoyed with mates and a bit of banter.
