• Made with premium craft Gin distilled in Sydney the distillation team has over 40 years experience and work with custom manufactured state of the art stills. All gin is produced in Gingle Bells brand new distillery starting with spring water from our 80 acre farm.
• The gin in each of the baubles is infused with a different botanical (unusual seeds, flowers or fruit) to create an extra layer of natural flavour and colour. The botanicals remain a physical inclusion in each bauble - like a decoration in a little snow dome

• 54ml and 37% alc/vol 
• Handpicked hibiscus flower from plantations in Southern Malaysia, almost too pretty to eat

Fingerlime Gin:

• 54ml and 37% alc/vol
• Shake to release snowglobe-like lime juice balls, grown on Gingle Bells own farm in Kurrajong Heights

Wattleseed Gin:

• 50ml and 40% alc/vol
• Earthy gin with coffee chocolate and hazelnut notes, distilled with Wattleseed from the Australian Outback

Pepperberry Gin: 

• 50ml and 40% alc/vol
• Wonderful colour and hot spiciness from Australian native Pepperberries grown in the rainforest at Gingle Bells Kurrajong Heights farm

Butterfly Pea Flower Gin: 

• 50ml and 40% alc/vol
• Deep blue gin infused with butterfly pea flowers grown on plantations in Northern Thailand. This gin changes colour to purple and pink when lemon or lime juice is added

Snow Chrysanthemum Gin: 

• 50ml and 40% alc/vol
• Burnt orange, with flowers from the Kunlun mountain range 3000m above sea level in Tibet. This gin is like bottled sunshine!
